Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect:

  • Name, phone, and email address
  • ZIP code and optionally a property address
  • The reason for your inquiry (test result, real estate transaction, etc.)
  • Property details you choose to share (foundation type, square footage, latest radon result, closing date, notes)
  • The page on this site that you submitted from

When you browse the site, we also collect standard analytics: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.

How we use your information

  • Quote routing. Your quote submission is shared with one licensed Colorado radon mitigation contractor who serves your area, so they can prepare a quote.
  • Communication. We may use your email to send a transactional confirmation that your submission was received and to follow up if information is missing.
  • Analytics and site improvement. We use aggregated, anonymized analytics to understand site usage.
  • Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud.

Who we share information with

  • Our mitigation partner. One licensed Colorado contractor per quote submission. We do not sell your information to multiple contractors, data brokers, or marketing lists.
  • Service providers. Form processing, email delivery, and analytics providers may receive limited data necessary to operate the site.
  • No third-party sale or marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Your rights
